Pole Advanced

This class is taught by:

Czarina M

I was introduced to pole from Karusia, a wonderful dancer and yoga instructor in 2007 and you could say I have had an addiction ever since! As a certified Yoga instructor, I began teaching yoga classes and the Coreflow Yoga at Brass Vixens and it seemed like a natural progression to take my passion to the next level and become a pole instructor. I love the similarities with movement but the stark differences keep me pursuing both for the physical and mental benefits. You can always find me at Brass Vixens jamming with my fellow vixens.

Tia Jax

Tia has formal training in jazz, ballet, tap and acro dance. Her education includes the dance program at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts and the commercial dance program at George Brown College. She was a competitive dancer for 12 years and began teaching her passion to children and older adults when she was 16 years old.
Tia’s journey in pole dance began at Brass Vixens where she has become a certified instructor teaching pole, flexibility, chair, floorwork and choreography classes. Tia developed the Flexy Vixens and Erotic Pole programs at Brass Vixens, teaches pole and flexibility instructor trainings and initiated the studio’s bi-monthly student showcases featuring performance troupes.
As a pole performer she has won 1st place in the amateur division of the 2014 Ontario Pole Fitness Championships, 2nd place in the erotic division in the North American Pole Dance Midwest Competition in Chicago and 1st place in the erotic division of the Great White North Pole Dance Competition in Hamilton. She has travelled to New York City, Los Angeles, Florida and Barcelona to train with various pole stars and plans to continue travelling, performing and competing in pursuit of her pole career.

Lee Sa

Lee Sa has been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 24 years. She began instructing pole dance over 11 years ago and most recently added lyra to her repertoire. Her passion for dance and fitness as a child has grown into her life long career. Lee Sa has won various fitness competitions including a PSO Dramatic Level 4 Masters in 2013. As a previous studio owner, she has successfully taught many women (and men) the art of pole dance and loves watching her students grow and achieve what they never thought possible. As a board member and master trainer for the Canadian Pole Fitness Association, she is very committed to the pole and aerial community. Lee Sa is very excited to be teaching pole, lyra, flexibility and conditioning classes at Brass Vixens.
This class is a combination of intermediate and advanced tricks, spins and dance moves. Working on both static and spinning poles, expect to work on form, develop strength and increase your flexibility to take your poling to the next level!
You must be confident and enrolled in Intermediate to enter this class and you must see your intermediate instructor for permission to join this class!
