She has a true love for the art of pole dance, enjoying the constant challenge. She loves teaching others her skills and knowledge and hopes to inspire her students to become the best pole dancers they can be.

Merissa A

In 2014, Merissa embarked on a year of challenges that pushed her out of her comfort zone. Pole dancing was one of the first things she tried. Merissa fell in love with the body-positive community and atmosphere of female empowerment that she found at Brass Vixens. When the opportunity to work for a place that fostered a non-competitive and supportive approach to fitness presented itself, she jumped at the chance. You can find her at the admin desk and teaching her signature class AfroTwerk!

Seija C

Seija has been dancing all of her life. Growing up performing, competing and coaching Rhythmic and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics was a central focus of her life for over 20 years. The absence of Gym life left a void she was not sure could be filled. Then she walked into Brass Vixens.

After picking up some extra hours helping out at Queen West in the Fall of 2013, she started to take class. Inspired by the the Vixens she met in the studio, she pursued further training and became an instructor herself. The only thing she loves more than Vixen life, are the Vixens themselves!

Seija Manages the Queen West Studio and teaches Pole, Chair, Aerial Fitness, Flexy and Fitness classes.

Lainey Luck

She is a jack of all trades and has a background in the arts, photography and business. Currently she enjoys being a Vixen advisor, front desk administrator, admin trainer and showcase photographer. She is also Pole Beginner 1 certified with Brass Vixens.

Donnelle S

Donnelle discovered Brass Vixens and pole dancing three years ago while walking along Queen Street West. After attending a variety of classes she fell in love with pole dancing and the studio. The diversity of fitness classes and supportive teachers helped her reconnect with and express her inner sexy Vixen through dance. With many years of experience teaching young children at daycare, summer camps and tutoring centers, Donnelle thought it would be a new and exciting challenge to teach and empower adult women and men to achieve their goals throughout their fitness journey. Early childhood educator by day, pole instructor by night, Donnelle is a certified pole beginner 1 instructor at Brass Vixens and is currently working on completing her aerial fitness and inversions certifications. She is very excited to teach new Vixens everywhere!
