Michymi N

Michymi is a designer and illustrator by trade but has always had a deep love for dance. She started pole dancing on a whim when a friend invited her to a free class in 2014 and she was completely hooked! With a dance background in ballet, jazz and modern dance, she took to it right away after getting bored at the gym! She loves that she can combine fitness and dance into one amazing workout. Inspired to become a teacher at Brass Vixens, Michymi completed her instructor certifications in pole, flexibility and floorwork. She is passionate and dedicated to teaching and empowering her students to embrace their bodies and improve their fitness, flexibility and strength and achieve their sexiness goals. She can't wait to meet you in class!

Seija C

Seija has been dancing all of her life. Growing up performing, competing and coaching Rhythmic and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics was a central focus of her life for over 20 years. The absence of Gym life left a void she was not sure could be filled. Then she walked into Brass Vixens.

After picking up some extra hours helping out at Queen West in the Fall of 2013, she started to take class. Inspired by the the Vixens she met in the studio, she pursued further training and became an instructor herself. The only thing she loves more than Vixen life, are the Vixens themselves!

Seija Manages the Queen West Studio and teaches Pole, Chair, Aerial Fitness, Flexy and Fitness classes.

Vanessa Robin

Vanessa manages the Brass Vixens Mississauga studio and can also be found teaching pole, flexibility and conditioning classes at our other studio locations. She discovered pole dancing while completing her post secondary education, and has loved it ever since.
With a dance background in Hawaiian Polynesian hula dancing and as a licensed Zumba Instructor, Vanessa shares her passion for dance with youth, older adult and pre/post natal clients. She loves that dance, especially pole dance, is both fun and challenging and hopes that her classes motivate others to adopt a more healthy and active lifestyle.

Lee Sa

Lee Sa has been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 24 years. She began instructing pole dance over 11 years ago and most recently added lyra to her repertoire. Her passion for dance and fitness as a child has grown into her life long career. Lee Sa has won various fitness competitions including a PSO Dramatic Level 4 Masters in 2013. As a previous studio owner, she has successfully taught many women (and men) the art of pole dance and loves watching her students grow and achieve what they never thought possible. Lee Sa is very excited to be teaching pole, lyra, flexibility and conditioning classes at Brass Vixens.
Indoor runners and your best sports bras are recommended. We'll be doing 5 rounds of tabata for conditioning then focus on core stability. Expect skipping, squats and the occasional burpee. To balance out this intense class we'll finish it off with 15 - 20 minutes of gentle stretching.
Be sure to bring water!
