Pastel Supernova

Pastel is an uninhibited artist who uses her femininity as the prime stimulus for everything she creates. Professionally trained in classical dance Pastel choreographed and performed for contemporary dance companies before touring as an international dancer for some of the world's top pop artists. Supernova is a published model, film and television actor and teaches several classes based on developing women's confidence and grace. Her choreographic style is a mix of Graham technique, Latin dances and her own inimitable flavour. In 2012 she founded Love Letters Cabaret, an ensemble of Canada's top dancers and singers quoted to be "Toronto's most exciting, edgy and sexually charged dance theatre company." Pastel has performed at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, Flare Magazine dubbed her one of Canada's most influential women, she was titled "Best Stage Presence" at Italy's Como Burlesque Festival and is 2015's Alternative People's Choice Awards' Top Burlesque Performer. Watch out for her in Becoming Burlesque the new feature film about a girl whose life is changed by a Toronto burlesque company where she plays the leader & choreographer, both on and off camera.

Ali D

Ali Dee began pole dancing in 2013 as an alternative to keeping in shape. She quickly fell in love and found her passion, and in two years began teaching pole dancing. She has a true love for the art of pole dance, enjoying the constant challenge. She loves teaching others her skills and knowledge and hopes to inspire her students to become the best pole dancers they can be.

Michymi N

Michymi is a designer and illustrator by trade but has always had a deep love for dance. She started pole dancing on a whim when a friend invited her to a free class in 2014 and she was completely hooked! With a dance background in ballet, jazz and modern dance, she took to it right away after getting bored at the gym! She loves that she can combine fitness and dance into one amazing workout. Inspired to become a teacher at Brass Vixens, Michymi completed her instructor certifications in pole, flexibility and floorwork. She is passionate and dedicated to teaching and empowering her students to embrace their bodies and improve their fitness, flexibility and strength and achieve their sexiness goals. She can't wait to meet you in class!

Donnelle S

Donnelle discovered Brass Vixens and pole dancing three years ago while walking along Queen Street West. After attending a variety of classes she fell in love with pole dancing and the studio. The diversity of fitness classes and supportive teachers helped her reconnect with and express her inner sexy Vixen through dance. With many years of experience teaching young children at daycare, summer camps and tutoring centers, Donnelle thought it would be a new and exciting challenge to teach and empower adult women and men to achieve their goals throughout their fitness journey. Early childhood educator by day, pole instructor by night, Donnelle is a certified pole beginner 1 instructor at Brass Vixens and is currently working on completing her aerial fitness and inversions certifications. She is very excited to teach new Vixens everywhere!

Lainey Luck

Lainey discovered pole dance in 2013 and instantly fell in love with it as an unconventional and fun way to get fit! She is a jack of all trades and has a background in the arts, photography and business. Currently she enjoys being a Vixen advisor, front desk administrator, admin trainer and showcase photographer. She is also Pole Beginner 1 certified with Brass Vixens.

Vanessa Robin

Vanessa manages the Brass Vixens Mississauga studio and can also be found teaching pole, flexibility and conditioning classes at our other studio locations. She discovered pole dancing while completing her post secondary education, and has loved it ever since.
With a dance background in Hawaiian Polynesian hula dancing and as a licensed Zumba Instructor, Vanessa shares her passion for dance with youth, older adult and pre/post natal clients. She loves that dance, especially pole dance, is both fun and challenging and hopes that her classes motivate others to adopt a more healthy and active lifestyle.

Rosie Mae

Rosie is a professionally trained dancer and has completed the Commercial Dance Program at George Brown College. She is a member of Love Letters Cabaret and produces her own comedy burlesque show called Trash Bash. Rosie performs frequently in Toronto at various clubs and special events. Credits include both Toronto and Ottawa burlesque festival and Murdoch Mysteries.
