Michymi is a designer and illustrator by trade but has always had a deep love for dance. She started pole dancing on a whim when a friend invited her to a free class in 2014 and she was completely hooked! With a dance background in ballet, jazz and modern dance, she took to it right away after getting bored at the gym! She loves that she can combine fitness and dance into one amazing workout. Inspired to become a teacher at Brass Vixens, Michymi completed her instructor certifications in pole, flexibility and floorwork. She is passionate and dedicated to teaching and empowering her students to embrace their bodies and improve their fitness, flexibility and strength and achieve their sexiness goals. She can't wait to meet you in class!

Pole Beginner 1
For new students!
Learn the foundations of pole dancing including basic spins, strength holds and floor work to help develop upper body, core strength and flexibility.
This particular pole beginner 1 class is not for beginner 2 or more advanced students!!!
LateToClass/Cancellation Policies in effect
Learn all the tricks and techniques to basic floor moves and choreography for smooth transitions, and a sexy workout!!
This is an off the pole class,
Bring your heels, legwarmers, kneepads and SASS!!
Beginner Level welcome!!
This class will build on Beginner 1 skills, expanding your dance and spin repertoire and improving your strength and flexibility.
You will be introduced to climbing, sitting and lifting yourself on the pole for increased upper body strength.
Preparing the body to invert is included in this level.
Prerequisite: Must have a "Pink Slip" from Beginner 1 to enter this level!
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle!
