Donnelle discovered an interest for pole dancing 3 years ago when walking on Queen Street West with a friend.
She fell in love with pole dancing through multiple fitness classes, supportive teachers and regaining her inner sexy vixen through dance.
After many years of teaching younger children at daycare, summer camps and tutoring centers, Donnelle thought it would be a new and exciting challenge to teach and empower men and women to achieve their goals throughout their fitness journey. Early childhood educator by day, pole instructor by night, Donnelle is a certified pole beginner 1 instructor at Brass Vixens and is currently working on getting other certifications such as aerial training, and pole inversions training.
She is very excited to teach new vixens everywhere!
Donnelle S instructs the following:
This class will build on Beginner 1 skills, expanding your dance and spin repertoire and improving your strength and flexibility.
You will be introduced to climbing, sitting and lifting yourself on the pole for increased upper body strength.
Preparing the body to invert is included in this level.
Prerequisite: Must have a "Pink Slip" from Beginner 1 to enter this level!
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle!
Pole Beginner 1 ONLY
For new students!
Learn the foundations of pole dancing including basic spins, strength holds and floor work to help develop upper body, core strength and flexibility.
This particular pole beginner 1 class is not for beginner 2 or more advanced students!!!

Enjoy fitness and flexiblility training in this 55 minute class!
Using a combination of pilates, inversions and yoga, this class gives you a complete body workout with the support of an aerial hammock suspended from our ceiling!
Be prepared to fly!
Long sleeves, leggings and socks required.
