Re: Unredeemed Couch Commerce Inc., vouchers. Parent company of Teambuy.ca and Dealfind.com
Brass Vixens management is sorry to inform Team Buy and Dealfind voucher holders that the studio is no longer accepting fitness vouchers. Effective immediately, Team Buy and Dealfind vouchers cannot be processed or accepted by the studio. We advise you contact your credit card company and work through the steps outlined below to receive a reimbursement from your credit card company regarding Team Buy or Dealfind.
If you purchased a voucher from either of these companies, here are the steps you can follow to be reimbursed.
1. Contact your credit card company to register a dispute with Team Buy/Dealfind for a reimbursement.
2. Ask your credit card company for the transaction to be reversed under a process known as a chargeback OR register a purchase dispute against Team Buy/Dealfind.
● The card issuer might say you had only 60 to 90 days from the purchase date to ask for a chargeback. If so, you can argue your loss arose only when Dealfind or Team Buy cancelled the use of your vouchers or credits in September 2014.
Regrettably, Brass Vixens fitness studio is not able to collect on any voucher sale transactions made through Team Buy and/or Dealfind. The parent company, Couch Commerce Inc., has gone bankrupt. Unfortunately the fitness studio has no recourse to recoup financial loss resulting from this bankruptcy. Brass Vixens management and the team hope you are able to resolve your purchase issue with Team Buy/Dealfind through your credit card company as soon as possible. You will be pleased to know, we have already heard from several people that their credit card companies have reimbursed them as result of a Team Buy/Dealfind voucher purchase.
We hope to see you soon in one of our many exciting fitness classes.
Kind regards, Shannon Crane Owner and Instructor Brass Vixens Fitness Studios – Toronto
