Join us for an exciting new variation on traditional yoga, learning ways to lift others up!
Acro Yoga is a mixture of acrobatics and yoga poses and is a great way to learn body awareness and gain strength, while easily being completely in the moment. It will have you high fiying and amazed at the things you can achieve as a team. Feel free to come as a single, with a partner or with a group. The focus will be finding the joy in moving our bodies and working together. All levels from beginner to intermediate.
